2. Intellectual Property
All content on yy-mysem.com, including visuals, branding, documents, digital tools, and NFT access pass designs, is the exclusive property of yy-mysem. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Membership Access
Access to private areas (Discord, Telegram, tools, downloads) is strictly reserved for verified wallet holders of valid yy-mysem NFT passes. Use of someone else’s pass, sharing access, or attempting to bypass access rules is a violation of these terms.
4. User Responsibilities
- Ensure your wallet information is accurate and secure.
- Never share your wallet seed phrase or NFT with others.
- You are responsible for your own wallet management and access devices.
- Any abuse, fraud, or attempt to manipulate access may result in a permanent ban.
5. Payments and Refunds
All purchases of NFT passes are final. No refunds will be issued once an order is placed. Wallet addresses are collected after payment, and manual minting begins once the wallet is confirmed. We assist users who need help creating a wallet prior to minting.
6. Modification of Terms
yy-mysem reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on-site announcement.
7. Limitation of Liability
yy-mysem is not liable for losses related to wallet issues, third-party platform errors, or misuse of access passes. We do not take responsibility for the behavior or availability of external tools (e.g., Guild.xyz, Telegram).
