NFT Membership Policy – yy-mysem

1. Overview

The yy-mysem NFT Membership program is designed to grant token holders access to a premium digital club for freelancers and online entrepreneurs.

Each NFT represents a unique membership pass and is manually created and assigned to the purchaser’s wallet after successful payment — whether processed via our official gateway, settled by crypto, or completed through direct bank transfer.

2. Nature of the NFTs

  • Most yy-mysem NFTs (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are minted manually using OpenSea on the Polygon blockchain.
  • Lifetime Passes (Diamond & Infinity) are minted manually via Manifold on the Ethereum mainnet to ensure compatibility with major NFT marketplaces such as OpenSea and LooksRare.
  • This guarantees full on-chain ownership and public tradeability using a custom smart contract.
  • No smart contract is deployed directly by yy-mysem; all NFTs are created manually and assigned per order.
  • Each NFT includes metadata: tier, duration, image, expiry, benefits.
  • ERC-721 standard, verifiable on-chain.

3. Minting & Distribution Process

  • Created manually after each confirmed order.
  • Linked to wallet address provided by the buyer.
  • Issued on Polygon for low fees and speed.
  • Ownership visible via Polygonscan or OpenSea.

4. Membership Access

Access is granted only if:

  • The wallet owns a valid yy-mysem NFT
  • The NFT is active (not expired)
  • The wallet matches the one registered

Verification via tools like Guild.xyz, Collab.land, etc.

5. Transferability & Restrictions

Time-limited Passes:

  • Non-transferable.
  • Transfer = no access for new holder.

Lifetime Passes:

  • Transferable but monitored.
  • New wallet must be verified.
  • Abuse may result in restrictions.

6. Expiration & Inactive NFTs

  • Passes expire after 1–12 months depending on tier.
  • Expired NFTs become collectibles (no access).
  • Renewal requires new purchase.

7. Abuse, Sharing & Multiple Wallets

  • Multi-wallet or shared usage is forbidden.
  • Suspicious behavior may lead to revocation.

8. Secondary Market Activity

  • yy-mysem NFTs are not officially listed or promoted on third-party marketplaces.
  • Only NFTs purchased through the official yy-mysem website and confirmed by our team grant access to the membership benefits.

9. Refunds & Liability

  • All NFT purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Manual minting is irreversible once initiated.
  • No refund will be issued if access is lost due to wallet mismanagement.
  • Wallet addresses are collected either at checkout or after purchase to ensure better accessibility for all users.
  • After your purchase, you will be contacted by email to provide your wallet address.
  • If you don’t have a wallet yet, we will guide you step-by-step to create one before minting your NFT.
  • yy-mysem is not liable for errors caused by third-party wallets or incorrect information provided by the user.
